Tucson Business Broker John Oberg began working as a business advisor and broker in 2000 after 18 years of owning and operating his own businesses. John brings a lot of real world experience to share with his clients. Concentrating on general business brokerage, or main street businesses, his focus is not on a specific industry but rather he assists owners in selling all types of businesses. John is a member of and presently the treasurer of the Arizona Association of Business Brokers (AABB) and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona. Through courses from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) John has learned how to analyze the health and marketability of businesses. John is The Designated Broker with Allen & Young Business Brokerage, a Tucson based company working with sellers and buyers of businesses in Tucson and southern Arizona.

Cochise County Business Broker Jeff Shelton started out in the real estate world way back in 1984 in Phoenix Arizona. Jeff has owned a couple of different businesses in his career. The first business was a coin op car wash and laundromat which he had for 2 years, and the other business was a fence company which he had for over 10 years. Jeff has had about 10 years of mortgage banking experience originating millions of dollars in mortgage loans and filled in for a loan officer for a major bank as a business banker.
Jeff, a native Arizonan has also enjoyed listing and selling residential and commercial real estate and has helped complete many “seller financed” complex transactions. Jeff has a thorough knowledge of QuickBooks and double entry accounting systems, helping him understand financial statements and tax returns. Jeff has completed college level courses in Business Law, Accounting, Legal Research and Writing, Economics, Real Estate, and Finance. Jeff cares deeply about his clients and brings years of real-world experience to the table and loves to help people achieve their Business Goals.
