Tucson Business Broker John Oberg began working as a business advisor and broker in 2000 after 18 years of owning and operating his own businesses. John brings a lot of real world experience to share with his clients. Concentrating on general business brokerage, or main street businesses, his focus is not on a specific industry but rather he assists owners in selling all types of businesses. John is a member of and presently the treasurer of the Arizona Association of Business Brokers (AABB) and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona. Through courses from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) John has learned how to analyze the health and marketability of businesses. John is the Designated Broker with Allen & Young Business Brokerage, a Tucson based company working with sellers and buyers of businesses in Tucson and southern Arizona.

Charles Magoffin, BSL, CBB, Associate Broker, is a Certified Business Broker and member of the Arizona Association of Business Brokers serving all of Arizona with an emphasis on Tucson and Pima County. Charles has extensive knowledge and experience with mergers and acquisitions of small to mid-size companies, in negotiations, contract drafting, franchises, SBA Financing and bringing parties together to get the deal done! Charles is a U. S. Navy Veteran and has owned several successful businesses in the business equipment industry as well as having been in several corporate management positions and has been involved in over 100 business transfers over the past 37 years!
